This elegantly carved and varnished violin is the answer for the violinist that needs a managable instrument but may not be of the stature required to adapt to a 4/4 instrument. This violin puts out as much sound as many full size violins. Hand carved by fine craftmen in Beijing, it features aged Himalayan spruce and maple, golden brown shaded spirit varnish. Set up with Dominant strings, a hand carved Despiau bridge, and rosewood fittings, it is responsive enough for the advanced artistic student, but reasonably priced!
