I was afraid to order a less expensive flute, but my kiddo was transitioning to middle school and had to give back the one she was using on scholarship and having recently lost my job and only finding part time work, I was strapped for cash. Well she took so naturally to the flute and was writing her own music only a few months in, so I dreaded taking this away from her. After tons of searching, I opted to try this one. OMG! This flute is identical looking and feeling as the one she was using from the school, a Yamaha and 4 times more expensive, and yet this one sounds so very much better! And the case is perfect, its soft, zipper closure and has a hand handle or shoulder strap option. The polish cloth that comes with it shined it up real nice too.

We received this flute within 7 - 10 days of ordering it. My daughter who is 10 loves it and we were very happy with the quality of the flute. One of the keys were not playing correctly after 7 months and I contacted them and they immediately responded back to me to send it to them. Once they received it, they fixed it immediately. Leo even called me to let me know it had been fixed and he was mailing it back to me. I would highly recommend this flute and any purchase from Hallelu Music. There is no doubt in my mind that I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I've been playing the flute for about four months, and ever since I got this flute, I sound better and better. It has a great tone and sounds great when you play high notes. I think this flute is one of the best purchases my mom ever made!! It has good quality and it is a good price, very good purchase.

My granddaughter really liked the flute, but it arrived two weeks late. I sent 3 e-mails about the flute's failure to arrive and never received an answer. My daughter-in-law finally reached the company by telephone and was told the flute had been shipped to the wrong address by the shipping company. Mistakes happen, but there is no acceptable reason for them not responding to my e-mails.
