South Beach and Amazon have done it again. The new snacks from South Beach and the combo pack that I've only found on Amazon are great. I started using South Beach techniques almost 2 years ago when I was told I had Diabetes, and in 6 months I was Diabetes free and have been since then. Don't believe the doctors, the drug companies and the Government, Diabetes can be beat, myself and 4 other people I know have done it just by following a good, low-carb diet.

I was amazed when i got this nicely packaged box with four boxes of great and tasty healthy snacks and meal replacement bars. For 14.99 it was a great buy. And will def. buy again!! thanks so much amazon!

Awesome price on these items and a very good mixture. I enjoy many of the South Beach items. They are made by Kraft Foods...good or bad is up to you on that, but they made a quality product(s) here. I have read the South Beach Diet books. I don't follow the diets, but these products are pretty tasty and healthy for you, whether you are on the diet or not.
Dr Agastnon who made the diet is a big fan of a well rounded diet with exercise. Nothing magic...no magic pills...just healthy food, circuit training(walking), and a positive attitude. Enjoy!
