I'm a mom of two (very busy!) little boys and this soup is so perfect for my schedule. I now have no excuse NOT to eat healthy on-the-go. I love the flavor and the texture is perfect! My husband now enjoys it with me as well as the kids! I have been eating Mcdougall's Right Foods since I was 16 in summer camp. The instant oatmeals were fabulous!!

I never tire of Dr. McDougall's Black Bean & Lime soup. Just a hint of lime, it is one of my favorites. I am not a fan of the other soups by Dr. McDougall, but this one is very delicious.

I have tried several of the Dr. McDougall soups...this and the curry flavor are my two favorites... this is a very rich thick soup with great flavor. The low calorie and sodium make it an ideal lunch.
