Product Description The long pulled stem and exaggerated balloon silhouette gives these glasses elegance, but the etched designs are what give them panache. Spirals, stripes, and polka dots distinguish each glass from its sibling. This will help when it comes time for guests to identify their own drink too! Very hip, lots of fun, chin chin!
Amazon.com Review Infuse a little whimsy into any table setting with Mikasa's unique Cheers stemware collection. This charming line features lead crystal glass adorned with etched detailing in a variety of styles. Each member of the four-piece wine set boasts one of the following patterns: pinstripes, horizontal lines, circles, or a swirl. With its large, oversized shape, the glass offers a full bowl and measures 9 by 4-1/2 inches. Its18-ounce capacity provides ample room to enhance the aroma of a favorite red wine. Slender stems rest upon traditional circular bases while thin sipping rims are rounded for comfort. For a highly coordinated table, additional Cheers stemware is available including martinis, old fashioneds, flutes, and more. Fun, festive, and packaged in a gift box, these French glasses make an ideal housewarming gift. Hand washing is recommended. -- Amy Arnold

beautiful glasses December 30, 2008 Melissa Forrest My husband and I got these as a wedding gift two years ago and they are still in great shape. They are absolutely beautiful glasses and you can't beat the price. They are also quite large, which was a pleasant surprise for us. We haven't found them to be any more fragile then your average wine glass. We have gotten tons of compliments on them. Everyone always wants to know where we got them. They are definitely one of our favorite wedding gifts.
"Cheers" to Mikase! September 2, 2008 K. Gibbs (Ohio) Lovely, FUN goblets! They seem delicate, but we love them. Due to their size, they may not be for everyone.
Elegant yet Fun August 30, 2008 Colleen A. Fuhs (Twin Cities, MN, USA) These glasses are very elegant and perfect for enjoying the full flavor of red wine. The unique design of each glass makes them fun as well. Guests never get their glasses mixed up. Lots of compliments. Couldn't be happier. Well worth the money.
Absolutely stunning...and HUGE. August 27, 2008 C. J. Darnieder (Milwaukee, WI) I bought these for my dad on his birthday, and when he opened them, he went wild! He's a complete wino, so it's a perfect gift for anyone who can appreciate beautiful wine glasses. The etching on the sides of the glass is elegant and tasteful, but the style is also very modern. They're also honestly the BIGGEST wine glasses I've ever seen, so I wouldn't fill them up too far. Highly recommended, and great for the price!
Gorgeous over time! June 5, 2008 Linda I have had these for about 2 years now and they hold up great. I even put them in the dishwasher.
