Product Description

I've owned Alfi Avanti thermal carafes before and this one is NOT the usual good quality. It shipped on October 1, 2008, the window for return was November 8, 2008, and it is broken and no longer usable on November 20, 2008. The top will no longer unscrew from the carafe and the blue part is broken off and cannot be reattached. $36.00 down the drain. I'm disappointed that Amazon doesn't have a return policy for defective merchandise because this one is clearly defective.
