I bought two of these after MUCH searching. These perform as well or better than I could have anticipated. VERY easy to clean and VERY easy to pour from.
The plastic lid doesn't completely seal, but this actually makes it easy to spin open and easy to pour from. The lid is tight enough to keep out any fridge smells and will never come off during pouring.
These pitchers are the perfect size for my decaf tea and with the small footprint they make in the fridge, you could have one with everybody's favorite drink stored right in the fridge door.
They are exceptionally lightweight for being made of glass. I have very small delicate hands and wrists, so a lightweight pitcher is a must. This fits the bill! Also, think of the health benefits of storing your beverages in glass rather than plastics that leech chemicals into your liquids.
I will buy more of these!

bought two of these. they were incredibly poorly packed. one arrived broken. the replacement will never ship because they are permanently out of stock. they do not offer cash refunds.
the pitcher , as it is, is nice, with its leaky lid.

This pitcher is a perfect size for making ice tea and fits nicely in the fridge. It is so economical that I bought two of them so I could rotate different tea flavors. One reviewer mentioned that the lid did not hold to their liking when shaking. It is pretty obvious that the lid does not have a 'tight' seal, but does not claim to have one either. I have been looking for a long time for a glass pitcher that would satisfy my requirements and this one did it, and is affordable to boot!

I bought one of these and it came with a hard plastic lid. I held the lid on and tried shaking the lemonade I had in there, what a shocker when it leaked out and poured all over the counter and floor. I found out it is not a water tight seal, I should have known better. What a piece of crap. I've been trying to find a water tight replacement for this thing on the internet, but no luck so far. Great French engineering on this one. Thanks Frenchy. Is there a warranty on this?

Love this pitcher! Pours nicely (as opposed to some glass pitchers I've used) and holds just the right amount.
