This product came to my home faster than expected. I had a hard time at first trying to adjust my flash with my camera, I always over exposed film. However after talking to several people with a similar flash, I was able to adjust and the pictures are great!! I would recommend this product to everyone.

I purchased this unit as my second flash. I am using Canon's 580 ex II as my primary light. The Precision 300 DSLR worked as a rim light or accent light for me. There's not a lot of controls in unit itself. If there was more controls the flash unit is good. I usually shoot in manual including the flash. For not being the main light it is good but you have to measure the distance of your subject because in manual it is pretty strong. I put in an umbrella and it helps a little bit... I'll be updating my review after 3 months for quality..

It says it works with Canon. Technically correct but not the way canon designed the camera to work. The canon camera has a 5 point hot shoe but this is only a 1 point so it doesn't do everything, but it does flash. OK for the price.

This is a great flash! I use it with my Rebel XTi and it does awesome. You can't beat the price for the quality you get.
